🏠 What does ‘fractional ownership’ mean?

It means multiple investors pool their money to collectively own a high-value property. You legally hold a percentage of the asset, earn income from it, and enjoy full transparency through our platform.

🧾 Do I need a Demat account to invest?

No, a Demat account is not required. Your ownership is secured through a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) — a registered company created for each property. You become a legal shareholder of the SPV.

🔐 How is my investment legally protected?

Each property is held under an SPV. You become a shareholder in the SPV, which gives you legal ownership, protects your rights, and isolates any risks from other properties or Lemivest itself.

🇮🇳 Can NRIs invest through Lemivest?

Yes! Lemivest is fully NRI-compliant. As long as you have an NRE/NRO account and complete KYC, you can invest remotely from anywhere in the world.

📈 How much can I expect to earn monthly?

Rental yields typically range between 6–10% annually, depending on the property. Income is credited monthly into your linked bank account, and full returns are viewable on your investor dashboard.

📅 What is the investment duration or lock-in?

Most properties have a minimum lock-in of 1–3 years, depending on the asset. However, Lemivest is working on a secondary resale marketplace that will allow early exits.
